As a project, I had the opportunity to write a full participant manual for the 2015 SEC Equestrian Championship event, and coordinate this event alongside the Equestrian Intern and the SEC Director for Equestrian.

I've learned how to properly manage sporting events on my own, and deal with escalated crowd control issues. I've also had the opportunity to serve as the on-site Game Manager at tennis matches, and multiple softball and track events.

I've gained experience in facility management and learned what it takes to prepare an athletic venue for an event.

My problem solving skills, leadership skills, people skills, and management skills have all sharpened with this amazing experience.
